Alfa-Bank's data sold on the black market  The data of Alfa-Bank credit cardholders, as well as Alfa Insurance customers,  came up for sale in the Darknet .  Hacker targeted 3500 Alfa-Bank and about 3000 Alfa Insurance customers. The ad was published on October 31, the seller registered there on the same day. To verify the data, the seller suggested looking at 23 contracts. Ransomware Attacks Hit Several Spanish Companies Everis , one of the largest IT consulting companies in Spain, suffered a targeted ransomware attack on Monday, forcing the company to shut down all its computer systems until the issue gets resolved completely. The ransomware attack has taken down the networks of at least two companies in Spain. The targets included Everis —a major IT services and consulting subsidiary of Japan-based global communications company NTT—and the radio company Sociedad Española de Radiodifusión (Cadena SER). WhatsApp introduces a fingerprint feature for android. Over the past few months, WhatsApp has rolled out a bunch of new updates for both Android and iOS. One of these new updates lets you add a fingerprint lock to WhatsApp. This means that you can't access WhatsApp chats without unlocking the app via a fingerprint saved on the phone. Fingerprint lock on WhatsApp for Android works with phones that have a capacitive fingerprint sensor, and those that have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
